Currently Zealandia has too much conflicting content and there is little hierarchy between the information and brand elements. Although Zealandia has awesome content and experience to showcase, we believe it needs a refresh to stand out and encourage people to visit or revisit the sanctuary.
We think a big opportunity to bring new energy to Zealandia is to really push on the idea of causing curiosity in people, and the want to explore. Since we do not play the role as a zoo, our animal encounters are at random. We can use this to our advantage to encourage re-visits, provoking a sense of curiosity with an experience that changes with each visit.
Visitors leave with newfound learning from the experience we provide, share that with others moving forward, and feel the want to go back again with other people because it provides a fun, ever changing experience to explore together.
