I believe New Zealanders want no-bullshit news; meaning no misleading headlines, no repeat articles, and most importantly no opinion articles. What we see in our daily news is so filtered that we no longer have the chance to create our own judgement on a situation. My site only communicates relevant information, being told through facts, so we are then able to form our own opinion about the matter.
I have produced a cohesive website system that hopes to make the news more interesting for younger generations to read, as well as those who live busy lives, or are after more modernised and easy-to-navigate relevant news. Although you can’t make all news positive, I hope that a more positively designed site helps to encourage kiwi’s to read the news as it becomes more interesting to have a short or long browse around. After all, knowledge is power and us kiwi’s like to be in the know.
